confusions!
Do what heart says, we have heard this line many times, but if the present circumstances makes that opposite ?
In the recent months I was doing the work for the sake of my parents , was been an helping hand of my father in his business. Firstly thought that is not my piece of cake , hurdles was there ,frustrations were there, i was getting irritated. Messing up things like a 10 yr old ,but there was a mistake i was making each and every day that copying the style of my father , seeing the market conditions the way they see, making the decisions and thinking the way they think, because he was the only hero i admired.
There was day i was sitting in the park , thinking were i am getting wrong, that was the time to bounce back , it does 'nt matter if had a interest in some work or not , the matter is just do it with your own originality, and just have a faith in you . The ethics of business remains the same but the values and actions changes with time.
Then i was trying to put my decisions and to work on my values and apply the decisions thought by me . Started learning new things , experiencing new people in the market , getting out of the theoretical world of colleges and universities. Started exploring the real world, there were some of great things i was learning in my college, but that was only the books!
There are lots of boring lectures i was going through everyday. I had no time to apply these facts in my real business , thats why these were boring days , but thanks to lockdown . Away from the books, near to the real world , preparing for the challenges. Actually i was started enjoying my business.The main problem of the universities and the colleges in our country is that they focused only on our books cramming , i am not saying thats useless but they should also give us time to apply these facts. My whole day goes in the 4 walls of the classroom 9-5pm , every student spend his/her these 3 or4 years in these walls, but in the job interview they ask us about gk (hilarious).
This lockdown had taught me lots of things related to business as well as life which i never learnt in 1.5 years in college........
